We ship to hundreds of customers around the world every day and ensure we always respond to you with the utmost speed. The order delivery schedule consists of two sections: Order verification, assembly, quality control and packaging take time. All orders are received by the manufacturer for shipping within 24 hours of ordering. Orders are processed by the manufacturer, which takes an additional 2-4 days. The time spent shipping items from our warehouse to their final location is called shipping time. Although it occasionally takes longer, it typically takes 7 to 15 business days to reach its destination.

On what date will I receive my order?

Orders are dispatched immediately from one of our many warehouses domestically and internationally and we make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Due to the popularity of our offers (varies from product to product), it may take between some days or a week for your order to arrive in United States. Due to distance and customs, shipping to other countries (depending on the product) may take between one and three weeks. Please note that these are estimates only as demand for our offerings is incredibly high.

What happens if my order gets stuck or lost in the mail?

Each of our orders is shipped with shipping and packaging insurance. We apologize if an order is delayed in customs, returned, or even lost in transit. We have no control over the mail delivery system. Since the packages are insured in such cases, we will, if possible, send you a new package with faster shipping and full tracking. Will I be charged taxes and duties?

You may have to pay duties and taxes after receiving your order, as the prices listed in USD on our website are tax-free. Your local customs authority will decide whether import taxes, duties and other fees will be charged after your order reaches its destination. We are not responsible for paying these fees or taxes on your behalf. We are not liable for delays caused by your country's customs office.
